Vancouver Nurse Practitioner, Amra Dizdarevic is passionate clinician and educator on the health and wellness of children and youth. She is prevention-focused, evidence-based, and imbued with compassion and genuine care. Her training includes a mini-fellowship in pediatric psychopharmacology through the CanReach Institute and she has been involved in the development of Harrison’s robust Mental Health Assessment Technology.

In this session we;

  • Address the latest reality on mental health challenges in young people, and how the pandemic changed the mental health landscape.
  • Build on our understanding of the mental wellness continuum
  • Provide realistic and effective strategies for both coping and building lifelong resilience.

This session is useful for young adults as well as their parents, guardian, teachers, and coaches.
