Rachel Francis

Rachel believes in the transformative power of movement to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Her dedication to collaborative healthcare shines through in her holistic approach, where she sees exercise as a vital tool for promoting optimal function and supporting mental health in her clients. With a client-centered focus, Rachel tailors exercise programs to meet individual needs and goals. She collaborates with her team to ensure comprehensive care, emphasizing the importance of integrating physical activity into overall health management strategies. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, allowing her to address both the physical and psychological aspects of health.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, specializing in mind sciences. She further honed her expertise by obtaining certifications as a Certified Exercise Physiologist through both the American College of Sports Medicine and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Rachel has invaluable experience in chronic disease management and injury prevention. Her areas of expertise include developing personalized exercise programs for clients with various health conditions, as well as implementing strategies to prevent injuries and promote long-term wellness.

When not at work, Rachel embraces her love for the outdoors by adventuring in the mountains with her children, finding joy and inspiration in nature’s playground.
