Her approach is prevention-focused, evidence-based, and infused with compassion and genuine care. Her training includes a mini-fellowship in pediatric psychopharmacology through the CanReach Institute. Additionally, she has been instrumental in the development of our robust Mental Health Assessment Technology.
In this session we;
- Review symptoms and functional impacts of ADHD in children and youth
- Understand the DSM-5 criteria to diagnose ADHD in children and youth
- Discuss non-pharmacological and pharmacological strategies for management of ADHD
This session was initially presented in a clinical environment. We anticipate that parents, teachers, and other caregivers familiar with ADHD will find the information useful and expect that it can be made relevant to provide additional context for your day-to-day life.
