Mikaela’s passion for healthcare shines through her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client well-being. With a natural talent for organization and a deep sense of service, she ensures that each client receives the highest quality of care by seamlessly coordinating healthcare delivery. Mikaela is adept at creating a smooth and positive healthcare experience, leveraging her strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to address challenges with efficiency and grace. Known for her precision in managing records and her ability to facilitate clear and effective interactions between clients and clinicians, Mikaela approaches her work with empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset that prioritizes the unique needs of every individual she serves.

Mikaela’s healthcare journey began with a Medical Office Administration diploma from CDI College in Mississauga. Her diverse professional experience spans multiple healthcare settings, including specialist clinics in vascular medicine and endoscopy, as well as family practice environments. Additionally, her background in clinical research has honed her expertise in data analysis, regulatory compliance, and working with diverse populations.

Outside of work, Mikaela maintains a healthy lifestyle through Pilates and cycling, and truly enjoys reading, having started a book club with friends. She strives to balance personal growth with meaningful connections by spending quality time with friends and family.
