Teri Nacarato

Teri is a passionate advocate for personalized wellness, driven by a vision of healthcare that empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being. She brings extensive experience in fitness and wellness, contributing to innovative care that blends cutting-edge medicine with proactive health management. With a keen focus on whole-person health, Teri excels at creating meaningful connections and building systems that support clients on their wellness journeys. Her approach emphasizes client empowerment, collaboration, and the development of tailored strategies to optimize health outcomes. Teri’s expertise in client engagement and operational excellence ensures that each individual receives the resources and support they need to succeed.

Teri holds a degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Kinesiology from Brock University, complemented by extensive training and certifications in fitness and wellness. Throughout her career, she has transformed fitness clubs, launched impactful programs, and built strategic partnerships. She has successfully led corporate wellness initiatives, managed operations for large fitness chains, and created seasonal and community-based wellness programs. Teri is particularly passionate about empowering women over 30 through movement, injury prevention, and muscle preservation.

Outside of dedicating herself to improving the health of others, Teri enjoys embarking on family adventures to discover new places and exploring local markets for vintage treasures.
