Roda is a welcoming presence as clients arrive at the Centre, embodying the team’s commitment to exceptional care. With a passion for creating positive experiences, she goes above and beyond to ensure every person feels valued, comfortable, and at ease from their very first interaction. Her approach is rooted in kindness and attentiveness, recognizing that even the smallest gestures can make a significant difference in a client’s healthcare journey.

Roda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, equipping her with valuable insights into human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. This strong foundation, paired with over 20 years of customer service experience, has given her a wealth of knowledge to excel in healthcare. Career highlights include her time as an international first-class cabin crew member, where she mastered the art of delivering premium, concierge-level service. Additionally, her experience in healthcare settings, particularly in optometry, has provided her with a deep understanding of client care and medical office operations. She is highly skilled in relationship building, conflict resolution, and ensuring seamless experiences in high-pressure environments.

Outside of work, Roda cherishes quality time with her family. The balance and joy she finds in her personal life translate into the compassion and warmth she brings to her role every day.
