Hillary earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa in 2014. She is currently expanding her expertise in project management and nonprofit healthcare leadership, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth. Her diverse background includes serving as a Patient Care Coordinator at a dermatology clinic in Calgary, where she focused on enhancing client experiences and improving team performance. As an Account Manager at a sales and marketing firm, she refined her ability to deliver creative solutions with meticulous attention to detail. Her time as a Concierge Supervisor in the hospitality industry further strengthened her skills in providing outstanding guest experiences and resolving challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
