Sarah is deeply committed to delivering personalized, preventive care that has the potential to positively impact and empower her clients. With compassion and an innovative mindset, she combines holistic assessments, care coordination, and evidence-informed education to guide clients on their unique health journeys. She builds strong relationships, striving to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and supported. Sarah excels in collaborative healthcare, leveraging her expertise to provide comprehensive, client-centred care that optimizes health outcomes and enhances overall well-being.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2014. She has since maintained certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and phlebotomy, continuously expanding her skillset to deliver the highest quality of care. Her professional journey includes roles as a Nursing Services Manager in private healthcare and as a Continuing Education Instructor at Durham College. Sarah has led multidisciplinary teams, developed clinical protocols, and launched patient programs focused on quality, safety, and improved health outcomes.

Her areas of expertise include executive healthcare, clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, and the integration of client-centred technology. Sarah is particularly passionate about designing health literacy tools and fostering clinical team excellence. With national experience in patient education and healthcare media spokesperson work, she demonstrates a strong commitment to improving health literacy and empowering individuals.

In her spare time, Sarah embraces the great outdoors, enjoying camping and hiking adventures with her husband, family, and close friends.
