Client Experience Coordinator

Jennifer Le

Jennifer is excited to provide clients with exceptional customer service and be part of a team that is dedicated to practicing compassionate care. She values a positive work environment and believes in the collaborative setting emphasized at Harrison.

Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary and has extensive experience working in the not-for-profit sector throughout Calgary. She has worked as a child and youth care counsellor, developing skills in counselling and therapeutic programming.

Jennifer specializes in mental health and working with children and families. Creating stable relationships grounded in trust is of the utmost importance to Jennifer, and outside of the office, she continues to provide counselling and mentorship to children. She sees her role on the Client Experience team as an extension of relationship building. She feels empowered to give clients the best service possible each day, and is eager to create a welcoming, inclusive, and caring environment for everyone that visits the clinic.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, partaking in arts and crafts, and playing recreational sports and video games. She hopes to find time for travelling and visiting places like Japan, Singapore, and Korea in the future.
