Associate Director, Clinical Operations, Calgary (Beltline)

Shayna Di Paola

Shayna is drawn to Harrison Healthcare for the unequivocal dedication to patient care and satisfaction. She is highly motivated to support proactive care for our clients and strives to find opportunities where she and the team can collaborate to meet and exceed expectations. Shayna believes that by providing preventive and individualize care, she will be able to make a positive impact in her client’s lives.

Shayna is a Canadian born, US-trained Registered Nurse with a specialization in emergency and critical care, and trauma certification. Beyond nursing, her experience includes working in community clinics with family physicians, supporting similar team-based care models.

Shayna truly values the personalized interactions and relationship building of primary care. She wants to get to know each family and learn how she can support them on their healthcare journey, by ensuring they have the tools and education to be successful.  She is committed to client satisfaction and representing Harrison’s dedication to excellent patient experiences, accessibility, and clarity of communication.

Shayna and her husband are animal lovers from Ontario and moved to Calgary with three rescue pets – their two dogs, Luna and Daryl, and a cat, Archer. She loves getting outside to enjoy fresh mountain air, or when indoors, following her Chrissy Teigen cookbooks to make delicious new meals.
