Sarah Roberts

Sarah is committed to creating a people-first culture, where the experience and well-being of our team is paramount. Across everything she touches, Sarah aligns with Harrison’s values of compassion, innovation, and excellence with the team development strategy. From 2008 she has worked in healthcare, as the Director, Operations and, Director, Organizational Development within People & Culture at a leading national provider of private, primary healthcare services.

Accomplished in operational leadership, human resources, and change management, Sarah positively influences and drives organizational objectives. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience managing and leading large-scale projects, and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) candidate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Law and Management from the University of Lincoln, England.

Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Sarah worked in various guest relations and management roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in the United Kingdom and Canada. Sarah is motivated by creating positive experiences and combines her skills for organizational effectiveness and innovation to champion a workplace where people can be the best version of themselves. With a focus on inclusion, communication and collaboration, operational impacts, training, and other key HR functions, she cultivates a welcoming environment and fosters the development and success of the team.

Outside of work, Sarah is busy keeping up with her two daughters and enjoying family adventures in the Sea to Sky corridor.
