Sarah Myers

Sarah Myers is a passionate Registered Dietitian, committed to providing highly personalized care to her clients. By understanding their unique circumstances and challenges, she helps them make sense of nutrition and guides them in practical ways to apply the learning to their own lives. Through education and support, Sarah aims to empower her clients on their nutrition journey, optimizing their health, energy, and performance. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration and preventive care, she finds fulfillment in working with a multidisciplinary team that empowers clients towards their health goals.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 followed quickly by a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2011. Sarah also completed an accredited internship at The University Health Network in Toronto and went on to gain valuable experience in private and public healthcare settings. She ran her own practice specializing in sports nutrition and has worked in a collaborative family healthcare team.

Sarah specializes in diabetes management (as a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2019), sports nutrition, cardiometabolic health, women’s health, and meal planning. She brings a holistic approach to her practice and believes she can make the greatest impact when she meets clients where they’re at.

Outside of Harrison, Sarah loves to spend time with her husband, son, and dog. She embraces an active lifestyle, regularly running and hiking, and cooking nutritious meals to share.
