Kelly Foster

Kelly’s deep passion for customer service is evident in her commitment to guiding clients toward optimal health and wellness. She consistently provides exceptional support to clients throughout their healthcare journey. With compassion and professionalism, Kelly helps navigate clients through the referral process, ensuring they connect with necessary external care in a timely manner. Her ability to comfort and encourage people shines through with her warmth and empathetic communication skills during what can often be an overwhelming experience.

After a decade as a flight attendant, Kelly transitioned to healthcare in 2021, honing her expertise in client care at a team-based primary care centre and in a specialist clinic. In 2014, she completed the highly-regarded Disney Institute Foundations of Business Excellence program. Her strong customer service background enables her to coordinate care effectively, always prioritizing the client’s health goals.

Kelly finds joy through adventure and discovery. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, swimming, traveling the world, and spending time with her two young boys and husband.
