Jessie Lee

A day doesn’t go by that Jessie hasn’t found at least one way to go above and beyond helping clients and fellow team members with a positive experience the Centre. Motivated by the smiles on people’s faces, she loves to offer quality and timely assistance and ensure everyone’s needs are fulfilled. It’s no surprise she’s a favourite at the front desk as Jessie brings five-star customer service from her experience working in luxury hotels. She makes individuals feel extraordinary with simple moments of thoughtfulness added to each interaction.

Jessie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at National Taipei University in 2009 and completed the Hospitality Management Diploma at Vancouver Community College in 2016. She worked in luxury hospitality at the front office and on housekeeping teams with iconic hotels including the W Hotel in Taipei, Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto, and Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver. With almost ten years in the industry, she has honed her passion for helping others to the highest standard.

Jessie is a self-professed cat lover and when she’s not at the Centre you can find her enjoying a yoga session from the comforts of home.
