Care Coordinator - Dr. Bentley

Harman Kaur

Harman is passionate about client-centered care and prioritizes providing personalized attention at each interaction. Her critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills enable her to manage her care team and clients compassionately and efficiently. As the first point of contact, she cherishes the opportunity to improve health outcomes with her exceptional communication skills. The satisfaction of seeing clients leave with smiles motivates Harman to continually advance her skillset.

Harman completed her Medical Office Assistant course in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 2019. She worked at a primary care clinic in Richmond, BC, quickly advancing into a leadership role and gaining experience in coordinating occupational care for professionals, including RCMP members, pilots, and firefighters. Additionally, she has hands-on skills in conducting ECGs, audiograms, spirometry, and is certified in urine drug screenings, breath alcohol testing, and oral fluid testing.

Working in a busy family practice and walk-in clinic, Harman honed her passion for personalized care and streamlining processes. She brings a friendly communication style to problem solving and is eager to help her team and clients find a quick resolution to any question.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones. To rejuvenate, you can find her walking outside in nature trails, along local beaches, or exploring cafes in her community.
