After earning a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sport and Exercise Science from Atlantic Technological University, Galway, in 2020, Aidan pursued and completed a Master of Science with Honours in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at the same university in 2023. This solid educational background has prepared him for a professional career as a personal trainer, nutritionist, and performance coach. He brings practical experience in working with a diverse clientele, excelling in assessments, coaching, education, and motivational communication. His expertise includes body composition analysis, dietary planning, supplement guidance, and designing comprehensive exercise programs tailored to meet individual needs.
Aidan enjoys an active lifestyle playing soccer, hiking mountain trails, road running, and training in the gym. His other hobbies include playing guitar, cooking nutritious meals, and expanding his mind through travel, podcasts, and documentaries.
