Registered Nurses (RNs) at Harrison play a pivotal role in providing seamless client care. Experience you Bring & Qualifications
- BScN graduate from a recognized nursing program.
- Current practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwifes (BCCNM)
- At least one year of clinical, primary care experience.
- Additional skills or training considered an asset: Travel Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Case Management
The Role: Registered Nurse Vancouver
- Understand each client’s health plan and work proactively alongside clinical colleagues to support and guide the client towards successful outcomes
- Provide recommendations for specific health care tracks
- Educate clients on their treatment options, self-care techniques, and triage as needs arise
- Provide recommendations for specific health care tracks
- Coordinate client care and follow-up with the physician, including initiating medications, postsurgical follow-ups, prenatal/postpartum care, chronic disease management, and connecting clients to services in the community
- Perform general nursing duties including well baby checks, immunizations, injections, travel medicine, and physician procedural assistance
Salary: $44.00-$60.00 per hour
